The building is located at the corner of Allenby St. and Idelsohn St., a short walk from Jerusalem Beach.
The original building, which had 3 floors and a commerce floor was demolished and replaced with a new and modern building comprising six residential floors, which include a commerce and residential facade and two basement floors and a fully-automated parking facility. Groundwater lowering was carried out as part of the digging of the basement.
