The building is located in Kalischer street, a short walk from the Carmel Market and the Charles Clore park.

The original building was demolished, and a new and modern 5-floor modern building was built in its stead above the ground floor, comprising 10 flats, a floor of storerooms and a car park, which includes semi-automatic parking facilities.
The building was designed and built as a mirror image which highlighted the symmetry between the two parts of the building, with the front of the building protruding and balconies extending out from the second floor and upwards.
