About The Project

The building was built in the late 1930s in an international style, which includes a facade of colonnades influenced by the Italian style of a large piazza and a row of closed square windows in the top floors.

The original building, comprising 4 floors with a commerce facade, is included in the list of buildings for conservation. The penthouse floor was added to the building, and it was extended at the back.
