The original building was built in the early 1960s; it has 3 floors above the basement floor, and over the years an additional half-floor was built.

The building will be reinforced, the half-floor will be completed and further two floors and a penthouse will be built. Tenants will be given parking spaces in a underground robotic parking facility, additional balconies, shelter, and an elevator, and all of the building’s systems will be replaced. The building will be suspended in order to dig a robotic under ground parking facility.
