About The Project

The original building was built at the end of the 1950s. It has 3.5 floors with a commerce facade and a kiosk.

Further 3.5 floors and a basement floor were added as part of the execution of the project and the reinforcement of the building. This was achieved by suspending part of the building. Tenants were also given balconies, a bicycle room and an elevator, and all of the building’s systems were replaced.
