“Sandler House” is located at the heart of the old Florentin neighborhood. It was built at the beginning of the 1940s. The building was built in a typical Florentin style, which combines trade and housing. It is included in the list of buildings for conservation as part of the conservation plan in Florentin.

The original building has a commerce floor and three residential floors above it. As part of the project four residential floors were added to the building. This was the first building completed as part of the conservation project.
